Program Description
The blended Nurse Assistant and Home Health Aide Training Program is approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. This 90-hour program includes 69 hours of lecture/theory and lab/practice and 21 hours of clinical experience. Through lectures, videos, games, role-playing, and laboratory practice, the students learn skills such as bathing, dressing, positioning, and vital signs as well as learning to gather information needed to provide care for people within the healthcare system.

Methodology
Through lectures, videos, games, role-playing, and laboratory practice, the students learn skills such as bathing, dressing, positioning, and vital signs, as well as how to gather information needed to provide care for people within the healthcare system.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will receive a Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide certificate of completion and will be eligible for the Massachusetts Nurse Aide Exam to be certified by the Department of Public Health as a CNA.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Students who DO NOT successfully complete the online portion will not be allowed into the in-person sessions and must reschedule.
